Indexation Date definition

Indexation Date means (as applicable) the Indexation Date (Commencement), the Indexation Date (Interim) and each Indexation Date (Annual).

Indexation Date bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.1(b)(i);

Indexation Date has the meaning set out in paragraph 4.1.2 of Schedule 10 (Pricebook, Charges and Invoicing).
