Trainee must be available to attend the following:• Weekly site Treatment Team Meetings: date & time depends on site assignment.• Monthly staff meeting at Breaking Cycles at Starling Office: First Friday of the Month at 8:30am and weekly meetings with Program Manager at respective site.• Clinical group supervision: typically weekly on Fridays 11am-1pm.• Individual clinical supervision TBD (typically on Friday mornings).
Individual clinical supervision is offered at a rate of $100 per one hour session.
Individual clinical supervision continues to be offered to practitioner staff by the clinical lead, in which reflective practice is fostered and support offered to think about the personal impact of the very varied work of the service.
Specialist supervision for DBT will be provided for 1 hour per week by an adherent Registered DBT Supervisor Individual clinical supervision will be provided by the Clinical Team Leader.
