Individual Special Assessment definition

Individual Special Assessment means and refer to a charge against a particular Condominium made for the purpose of obtaining reimbursement of certain expenditures of the Association pursuant to Section 4.7.

Examples of Individual Special Assessment in a sentence

  • Subject to Section 4.10, a Regular, Special, or Individual Special Assessment and any late charges, reasonable costs of collection, and interest, as assessed in accordance with Civil Code Section 5600 et seq., shall be a debt of the Member at the time the Assessment or other sums are levied (the "Debt").

  • Special Assessment means an assessment levied against property to pay all or a portion of the costs of making improvements that benefit the property.
