Ineligible Costs definition

Ineligible Costs means the costs described under Part E.2 of Schedule “E” of this Agreement.
Ineligible Costs means those expenditures described as ineligible in Schedule C.

More Definitions of Ineligible Costs

Ineligible Costs means the costs that are ineligible for funding under the Agreement, and that are described in Article E3.0 (Ineligible Costs).
