Ineligible or Disqualified definition

Ineligible or Disqualified means ineligible or disqualified as contemplated in the Companies Act (a list of which is in Schedule 4 for easy reference but which does not form part of this MOI for purposes of interpretation) or as contemplated in clause 23.1.11 which shall apply not only to Directors and Alternate Directors but also to members of Board committees and members of Audit committees and Prescribed Officers and the Company Secretary;
Ineligible or Disqualified means ineligible or disqualified as contemplated in the Companies Act, which shall apply not only to Directors but also to members of Board committees and statutory committees and Prescribed Officers and the Company secretary of the Company;
Ineligible or Disqualified means ineligible or disqualified as contemplated in the Companies Act (a list of which is in Annexure B for easy reference but which does not form part of this MOI for purposes of interpretation);
