Informa Group means Informa and any entities controlling or controlled by or under common control with Informa including without limitation each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives;

  • Without limitation to Condition 16.4, Client shall indemnify Organizer against any loss, damage, cost, claim or expense suffered or incurred by Organizer and/or any member of the Informa Group arising out of or in connection with the Directory Content, including, without limitation, any third party claim regarding: (i) the inaccuracy or incompleteness of the Directory Content, and/or (ii) any infringement of third party Intellectual Property Rights relating to the Directory Content.

  • Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as granting to Client any right, permission or licence to use or exploit the Intellectual Property Rights of the Informa Group.

  • Nothing in this Contract shall be construed as granting to Client any right, permission or licence to use or exploit the Intellectual Property Rights of any member of the Informa Group.
