Tax Group definition
Tax Group means any federal, state, local or foreign consolidated, affiliated, combined, unitary or other similar group of which the Acquiror Company is now or was formerly a member.
Tax Group has the meaning set forth in Section 7.06(h)(iii).
Tax Group has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.08(a)(vii)(A).
Examples of Tax Group in a sentence
Following receipt of written notice, Company Parent shall give Purchaser prompt written notice of any audit, examination, or other administrative or judicial proceeding, contest, assessment, notice of deficiency, or other adjustment or proposed adjustment with respect to a Company Parent Tax Group for a Relevant Consolidated Return Period (a “Relevant Consolidated Return Tax Contest”).
