Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;
Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);
Notification Period means a set period of time between the submittal of a Notice of Intent and the beginning of lead - based paint abatement activities (including all on-site worksite preparation).
Affiliation period means a period which, under the terms of the health insurance coverage offered
Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.
Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).
Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
Highly Confidential Information means Proprietary Information that is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or is otherwise designated as such hereunder.
Promotion Period means the period the Promotion is open, as specified in clause 5.1.
Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.
SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;
Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.
Nonsolicitation Period means the Employment Period and a period ending one year after the Date of Termination; and
Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;
Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.
Business Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).
Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:
Certification period means the period for which an individual is certified eligible for a program.
Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.
Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.
Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.
Transferred Information means the personal information (namely, information about an identifiable individual other than their business title or business contact information when such information is used for the purposes of contacting an individual in that individual’s capacity as an employee or an official of an organization and for no other purpose) to be disclosed, transferred or conveyed to the Recipient or any of its Representatives by or on behalf of the Disclosing Parties as a result of or in conjunction with the transactions contemplated herein.
Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information. For the avoidance of doubt, from and after the Closing, Purchaser Confidential Information will include the confidential or proprietary information of the Target Companies.
Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.
Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.
