Informational Postings Site definition

Informational Postings Site means that portion of Transporter’s web site upon which Transporter posts information which it is required by regulation or this Tariff to make publicly available.

Examples of Informational Postings Site in a sentence

  • Transporter will post on its Informational Postings Site the amount of capacity available for designation as Primary Receipt or Primary Delivery Point Capacity for each physical Receipt and Delivery Point.

  • On or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the Month, Transporter will post on its Informational Postings Site that it will consider requests for a change to a Shipper’s Primary Receipt and/or Delivery Point, including increases or reductions to the Primary Receipt and/or Delivery Point Capacity, effective on the first day of the succeeding Month.

  • Transporter shall determine periodically, and post on its Informational Postings Site, the amount of capacity available as Authorized Overrun Service, expressed as a percentage of the Contracted Capacity stated in a Shipper’s Firm Transportation Agreement.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • information folder means the complete folder, including the information document, file, data, drawings, photographs, and so on, supplied by the applicant, it being permissible to supply the information folder in the form of an electronic file;

  • Computer database means a collection of recorded data in a form capable of being processed by a computer. The term does not include computer software.
