Ingredient Cost Charge definition

Ingredient Cost Charge means the ingredient cost portion of the amount charged by PBM to WellPoint and Covered Individuals for a prescription drug at the time PBM bills WellPoint.
Ingredient Cost Charge means the ingredient cost portion of the amount charged by ESI to SCPS for each Prescription Drug Claim, subject to thelesser of” logic set forth on Exhibit B-1, as applicable.
