Initial Asset Value definition

Initial Asset Value means (i) in the case of an Asset other than a loan or other financing, the gross purchase price of real estate investments acquired directly by the Company, including any debt attributable to such investments, or the pro rata share of the gross asset value of real estate investments held by entities in which the Company invests, and (ii) in the case of a loan or other financing, the total amount of the funds advanced.
Initial Asset Value means (i) in the case of a real estate investment other than a loan which the Company originates, the gross purchase price of real estate investments acquired directly by the Company, including any debt attributable to such investments, or the Company’s pro rata share of the gross asset value of real estate investments held by entities in which the Company invests, and (ii) in the case of a loan which the Company originates, the total principal amount committed under the loan.
Initial Asset Value means any of the Initial Knicks Value, the Initial Rangers Value, the Initial Arena Value and the Initial Network Value.

More Definitions of Initial Asset Value

Initial Asset Value means the initial value of a Permitted Asset determined pursuant to Section 4.09(a).
Initial Asset Value. With respect to the Assets of a Co-Issuer, for each Individual Asset, the Value of the Asset as of the applicable Funding Date, as determined by the Manager, satisfactory to the Agent, as set forth opposite such Asset on Schedule III to the related Security Agreement Supplement.

Related to Initial Asset Value

  • Initial assessed value means the assessed value, as equalized, of all the taxable property within the boundaries of the development area at the time the resolution establishing the tax increment financing plan is approved as shown by the most recent assessment roll of the municipality for which equalization has been completed at the time the resolution is adopted. Property exempt from taxation at the time of the determination of the initial assessed value shall be included as zero. For the purpose of determining initial assessed value, property for which a specific local tax is paid in lieu of a property tax shall not be considered property that is exempt from taxation. The initial assessed value of property for which a specific tax was paid in lieu of a property tax shall be determined as provided in subdivision (w).

  • Total Asset Value means, without duplication, the sum of (a) the following amounts with respect to the following assets owned by the Company and its Subsidiaries: (i) the Operating Property Value of the Hotel Properties; (ii) the amount of all Unrestricted Cash and Cash Equivalents; (iii) the book value of all Development/Redevelopment Properties, Mortgage Receivables, Laundry Service Properties and Unimproved Land; and (iv) the contract purchase price for all assets under contract for purchase (to the extent included in Indebtedness); plus (b) the applicable Ownership Share of any Unconsolidated Affiliate of the Parent of any asset described in clause (a) above. For purposes of determining Total Asset Value, (u) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Unconsolidated Affiliates would exceed 15% of Total Asset Value, such excess shall be excluded, (v) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Mortgage Receivables would exceed 10% of Total Asset Value, such excess shall be excluded, (w) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Development/Redevelopment Properties would exceed 15% of Total Asset Value, such excess shall be excluded, (x) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Major Renovation Properties (elected to be valued pursuant to clause (c) of the definition of Operating Property Value) would exceed 15% of Total Asset Value, such excess shall be excluded, (y) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Unimproved Land would exceed 2.5% of Total Asset Value, such excess shall be excluded, and (z) to the extent the amount of Total Asset Value attributable to Properties subject to limitation under the foregoing clauses (u) through (y) would exceed 35% of Total Asset Value, such excess shall be excluded.

  • Asset Value has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Additional Assets means (1) any property or other assets used or useful in a Similar Business, (2) the Capital Stock of a Person that becomes a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer as a result of the acquisition of such Capital Stock by the Issuer or another Restricted Subsidiary or (3) Capital Stock constituting a minority interest in any Person that at such time is a Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer; provided, however, that any Restricted Subsidiary described in clause (2) or (3) above is engaged in a Similar Business.

  • Gross Asset Value means, with respect to any asset, the asset’s adjusted basis for federal income tax purposes, except as follows:

  • Adjusted Asset Value means, as of a given date, the sum of EBITDA attributable to malls, power centers and all other assets for the trailing four (4) quarters most recently ended, divided by (iii) 7.75%. In determining Adjusted Asset Value:

  • Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;

  • Original Collateral Sale Price means JPY 6,399,647,993. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Collateral Sale Agreement, the consideration for the Initial Charged Assets is the Issue Price of the Notes plus the entry into the Swap Agreement by the Issuer.

  • Collateral Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any date, an amount equal to (a) the Collateral Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Collateral Interest Holder prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Collateral Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(c), minus (d) the aggregate amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Section 4.08 allocable to the Collateral Invested Amount, minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Collateral Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsections 4.06(a) and (b), and plus (f) the amount allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(i), for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Collateral Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • Net Value has the meaning set forth in Section 1.68(a)(ii).

  • Average Invested Assets means, for a specified period, the average of the aggregate book value of the assets of the Company invested, directly or indirectly, in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments secured by real estate before reserves for depreciation or bad debts or other similar non-cash reserves, computed by taking the average of such values at the end of each month during such period.

  • Original Assessed Value means zero dollars ($428,400), the taxable assessed value of the Developer Property as of March 31, 2020 (April 1, 2019), provided, however that in the event that a City revaluation occurs and results in an increase or decrease of any Developer Property that was included as a part of the initial Original Assessed Value as of April 1, 2018, the Original Assessed Value then in effect shall be increased or decreased by a like amount and such adjusted Original Assessed Value shall thereafter (subject to another City revaluation) be the Original Assessed Value for the purposes of this Agreement.

  • Added value means that the Contractor performs subcontract management functions that the Contracting Officer determines are a benefit to the Government (e.g., processing orders of parts or services, maintaining inventory, reducing delivery lead times, managing multiple sources for contract requirements, coordinating deliveries, performing quality assurance functions).

  • Collateral Initial Invested Amount means $100,001,000.

  • Property Value means the fair market value of the real property, as remediated, less

  • Spread Value means, with respect to a share of Stock subject to an Award, an amount equal to the excess of the Fair Market Value, on the date such value is determined, over the Award’s exercise or grant price, if any.

  • RI Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, (i) the RI Closing Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date, divided by (ii) the relevant RI Initial Value (expressed as a percentage).

  • Undepreciated Real Estate Assets as of any date means the cost (original cost plus capital improvements) of real estate assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries on such date, before depreciation and amortization, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.

  • Original Collateral Sale Date means 8 December 2020.

  • Unencumbered Total Asset Value as of any date means the sum of (1) those Undepreciated Real Estate Assets not encumbered by any mortgage, lien, charge, pledge or security interest and (2) all of Issuer’s and its Subsidiaries’ other assets on a consolidated basis determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (but excluding intangibles), in each case which are unencumbered by any mortgage, lien, charge, pledge or security interest; provided, however, that, in determining Unencumbered Total Asset Value for purposes of Section 4.09(d) hereof, all investments by the Issuer and any of its Subsidiaries in unconsolidated joint ventures, unconsolidated limited partnerships, unconsolidated limited liability companies and other unconsolidated entities accounted for financial reporting purposes using the equity method of accounting in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles shall be excluded from Unencumbered Total Asset Value.

  • Stored value means monetary value that is evidenced by an electronic record.

  • Capital Asset means, with respect to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, any asset that should, in accordance with GAAP, be classified and accounted for as a capital asset on a Consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • Initial Account has the meaning specified in the Transfer Agreement.

  • Invested Assets means cash, Cash Equivalents, short term investments, investments held for sale and any other assets which are treated as investments under GAAP.

  • Portfolio Value means the aggregate amount of portfolio of investments including cash balance without netting off of leverage undertaken by the CDMDF.
