Initial Conversion Rate definition

Initial Conversion Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.13.
Initial Conversion Rate means, for each share of Series S Junior Preferred Stock, 1,000 shares of Common Stock.
Initial Conversion Rate means 1,667 shares of Common Stock per $1,000 principal amount of Notes.
