Initial Disbursements Certificate definition

Initial Disbursements Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate from the Issuers in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Initial Disbursements Certificate

Initial Disbursements Certificate means the Officer's Certificate signed by Premier on behalf of the Issuer in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT A. "INITIAL OPERATING DATE" has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Indenture.
