Initial Eligibility Criteria definition

Initial Eligibility Criteria means the initial eligibility criteria for the LFP Payment Model defined in Section 4 [Initial Eligibility for the LFP Payment Model].

Related to Initial Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligibility Criteria means the legal criteria as specified in the Clause 5 of this E- Auction Process Information Document;
