Examples of Initial Extension Date in a sentence
The "Term" shall, unless sooner terminated as provided herein, be a period of two (2) years commencing on the Effective Date and ending at the close of business on the day before the second anniversary of the Effective Date (day before the second anniversary of the Effective Date is referred to as the "Initial Extension Date").
Section 10.5 of the Credit Agreement is amended by replacing the text “during the term of this Agreement” appearing in clause (h) of such Section with the text “during the period from and including the Initial Extension Date to the termination of this Credit Facility”.
Beginning effective as of January 1, 2025 (the "Initial Extension Date"), the term of employment hereunder shall be extended automatically for an additional successive one-year period as of such date and as of each annual anniversary of the Initial Extension Date that occurs while this Agreement remains in effect so that the remaining term is one year.
