Interests in Initial Global Securities shall be subject to restrictions on transfer comparable to those set forth herein to the extent required by the Securities Act.
Concurrently with the issuance of such Securities, the Trustee shall cause the aggregate principal amount of the applicable Initial Global Securities to be reduced accordingly and direct DTC to make a corresponding reduction in its book-entry system.
