Initial Guarantor definition

Initial Guarantor has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

Initial Guarantor means Valero Partners Operating Co. LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and any successor Guarantor thereto permitted pursuant to Section 6.02 hereof.

Initial Guarantor means Boise Cascade Wood Products Holdings Corp., a Delaware corporation.

• Each of the Initial Guarantors has duly authorized the execution and delivery of this Indenture to provide for the guarantee by such Initial Guarantor of such series of Securities as to which such guarantee has been made applicable as provided herein.
