Initial Instrument definition

Initial Instrument means the Instrument being developed by Quotient as of the Effective Date for use in Blood Grouping and/or Serological Disease Screening, that is known as the MosaiQTM instrument, as such may be modified pursuant to Section 4.3.2.
Initial Instrument means Biometric's existing IMAGN 2000 Instrument.
