Initial Interest Deposit Amount. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that accrues interest on Actual/360 Basis, an amount equal to two days of interest on the Cut-off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan at the related Net Mortgage Rate, which amount is required to be delivered by the related Mortgage Loan Seller to the Master Servicer on the Closing Date for deposit into the Collection Account pursuant to Section 1 of the related Loan Purchase Agreement.

Initial Interest Deposit Amount. With respect to each Trust Loan that accrues interest on Actual/360 Basis, an amount equal to (i) if the initial Distribution Date is in February, one day of interest (except during a leap year), and (ii) if the initial Distribution Date is in March, two days of interest (or one day of interest during a leap year), in each case, at the related Net Mortgage Rate on the related Cut-off Date Balance of each such Trust Loan, which amount is required to be delivered by the related Mortgage Loan Seller to the Certificate Administrator on the Closing Date for deposit into the Interest Reserve Account pursuant to Section 1 of the related Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement solely in the event the initial Distribution Date occurs in February (except during a leap year) or March.   • Initial Deposit Amount means the Issuing Entity’s deposit to the Reserve Account, on or before the Closing Date, of $[•].
