Initial Investor Capital definition

Initial Investor Capital. The total amount of capital invested from time to time by Shareholders (computed at the Original Issue Price per Share), excluding any Shares received by the Advisor or its Affiliates for any consideration other than cash.
Initial Investor Capital means the total amount of capital invested from time to time by Stockholders. Upon completion of the Offering, the Initial Investor Capital shall be equal to the Gross Offering Proceeds.

  • As of any date, the Initial Investor Capital reduced by any Redemptions, other than Redemptions intended to qualify as a liquidity event for purposes of this Agreement, and by any other Distributions on or prior to such date determined by the Board to be from Cash from Sales and Financings.
