Initial Junior Priority Agent definition

Initial Junior Priority Agent means [ ] in its capacity as collateral agent under the Original Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity from time to time, whether under the Original Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility or any subsequent Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility, as well as any Person designated as the “Agent” or “Collateral Agent” under any Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility.
Initial Junior Priority Agent means Alter Domus (US) LLC in its capacity as collateral agent under the Original Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity from time to time, whether under the Original Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility or any subsequent Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility, as well as any Person designated as the “Agent” or “Collateral Agent” under any Initial Junior Priority Credit Facility.
Initial Junior Priority Agent means each of the Junior-Priority Collateral Agent, the 2029 Junior-Priority Secured Notes Trustee and the 2030 Junior-Priority Secured Notes Trustee.
