Initial Maximum Amount definition

Initial Maximum Amount means the aggregate of the Tranche A Maximum Amount and the Tranche B Maximum Amount, in a maximum aggregate amount of one hundred and seventy two million five hundred thousand Dollars ($172,500,000).

More Definitions of Initial Maximum Amount
