Initial Per Share Purchase Price definition

Initial Per Share Purchase Price means $34.62 per share.
Initial Per Share Purchase Price means the per share purchase price payable by the Purchaser for the Initial Shares in accordance with this Agreement, which shall be equal to 120% of the closing price of the Common Stock on the primary Trading Market on which the Common Stock is then trading as reported by Bloomberg L.P. for the last trading day preceding the Initial Closing Date.
Initial Per Share Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

More Definitions of Initial Per Share Purchase Price

Initial Per Share Purchase Price shall be an amount equal to the daily volume weighted average of actual trading prices measured in hundredths of cents of the Common Stock of the Company on the Trading Market for the one trading day immediately prior to the Initial Closing Date multiplied by 87%.
