Primary Trading Market definition

Primary Trading Market means, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
Primary Trading Market means the trading market on which at least 75% of the trading value and volume of the Company’s securities over the immediately preceding six months has occurred;
Primary Trading Market means that at least 55% of the trading in the subject class of securities on a worldwide basis took place in, on or through the facilities of a securities market or markets in a single foreign jurisdiction or in no more than two foreign jurisdictions during the company’s most recently completed fiscal year; provided, that if the issuer aggregates two foreign jurisdictions, the trading volume in at least one of the two foreign jurisdictions must be larger than the trading volume in the United States.

  • As used herein, “Standard Settlement Period” means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Shares as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • As used herein, "Standard Settlement Period" means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Shares as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • A "Market Disruption Event" is a suspension or material limitation on the trading of the underlying Reference Asset in the Primary Trading Market for the instrument.

  • If required by the Principal Trading Market, all the Conversion Shares issuable upon the conversion of the Convertible Debentures and Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrants shall be approved for listing or trading on the Primary Trading Market.

  • A "Trading Day" is any day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, would have been) a trading day in the Primary Trading Market other then a day on which trading in any such market is scheduled to close prior to its regular closing time.

  • If the Primary Trading Market for the Reference Asset is a centralized auction "Specialist" market (e.g. the New York Stock Exchange) the current value of the Reference Asset will be determined by the price at which the Primary Trading Market reports a trade for the Reference Asset.

  • The "Primary Trading Market" for the underlying Reference Asset is the principal trading market for such Reference Asset or any portion thereof (as determined by the Issuer).

Primary Trading Market means the TSX unless the volume of trading of the Common Stock on the TSX in the 12 months immediately preceding was less than 25%, then Nasdaq.

Related to Primary Trading Market

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • Underlying Market means the relevant market where the Underlying Asset of a CFD is traded.

  • Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • Nasdaq Stock Market means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Stock Market means a securities market operated by a securities exchange;

  • Subsequent Market means the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq SmallCap Market or Nasdaq National Market.

  • NASDAQ means the Nasdaq National Market.

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)

  • Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.

  • NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.

  • OTC Bulletin Board means the over-the-counter electronic bulletin board.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).

  • liquid market means a market for a financial instrument or a class of financial instruments, where there are ready and willing buyers and sellers on a continuous basis, assessed in accordance with the following criteria, taking into consideration the specific market structures of the particular financial instrument or of the particular class of financial instruments:

  • NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere.

  • Closing Market Price means the price at which the company’s security was last sold, on the applicable date,

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.

  • External Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for consumption by end-users outside the PJM Region, or for load in the PJM Region that is not served by Network Transmission Service.

  • Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.
