The Trading Market definition

The Trading Market means, initially, OTC Markets (including OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Markets), or any of the following other markets that becomes the primary trading market for the Shares: The Nasdaq Capital Market, The Nasdaq Global Market, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the NYSE American (or any nationally recognized successor to any of the foregoing).

Examples of The Trading Market in a sentence

  • The Trading Market shall have completed its review of the related Listing of Additional Shares form with respect to all of the Securities that may be issued pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Trading Market shall not have objected or indicated that it may object to the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • The Trading Market shall be defined as (i) the New York Stock Exchange, Inc., the American Stock Exchange or any national securities exchange on which the Stock is admitted for trading or (ii) the facilities of the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq").

  • Subject to the rules and regulations of The Trading Market and subject to any applicable FINRA rules, the Company may at any time during the term of this Warrant, subject to the prior written consent of the Holder, reduce the then current Exercise Price to any amount and for any period of time deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the Company.

  • The Trading Market shall have approved the listing of the Securities.

  • The Trading Market has not commenced any delisting proceedings against the Company.
