The Trading Market means, initially, OTC Markets (including OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Markets), or any of the following other markets that becomes the primary trading market for the Common Stock: The Nasdaq Capital Market, The Nasdaq Global Market, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the NYSE American (or any nationally recognized successor to any of the foregoing).

  • Main Market means the main securities market of the London Stock Exchange;
