Initial Prior Year Aggregate Loss Statement means a written statement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, setting forth (i) the Initial Obligation, (ii) the Initial Deficiency Amount or the Initial Overage Amount, as applicable, (iii) if applicable, the Cumulative Outstanding Liability Transfer Losses as of December 1, 2018, (iv) any Liability Transfer Resolution Events that have occurred from (and including) the Distribution Date to December 1, 2018 and (v) the Liability Transfer Resolution Amounts in respect of such Liability Transfer Resolution Events.
