Initial Purchase Shares definition

Initial Purchase Shares means the 2,309,470 shares of IMPCO Common Stock issued in connection with the Initial Purchase Documents.
Initial Purchase Shares means the aggregate of 150,000,000 newly issued shares of Common Stock issued by the Company to the Buyer pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement at the Closing.

Initial Purchase Shares means the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock contained in all of the Units to be purchased by the Investor in the Initial Purchase.
