Sale Prices definition

Sale Prices means the Product prices set forth in Schedule "B", FOB the Manufacturer's distribution facility, as the same may be updated from time to time by the Manufacturer in its discretion;
Sale Prices means the prices of the Products payable by CDS to GEN-PROBE identified in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, as such prices may be changed from time to time pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2 hereof.
Sale Prices means the prices of the Products payable by BIOMERIEUX to GEN-PROBE identified on Exhibit A attached hereto, and as established in writing from time to time by GEN-PROBE for New Products, as such prices may be changed from time to time by GEN-PROBE pursuant to the provisions of Section 4 hereof.

  • The Issuer shall sell each Sold Receivable for the greatest market price possible; provided, however, that aggregate Sale Amounts received by the Issuer for all Receivables sold to a single third-party purchaser on a single date must be at least equal to the sum of the Minimum Sale Prices for all such Receivables.

  • Sale Price means the value as determined by the Administrator of the consideration payable, or otherwise to be received by stockholders, per share of Stock pursuant to a Sale Event.

(formerly Pink Sheets LLC). If the Closing Sale Price cannot be calculated for a security on a particular date on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sale Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holder. If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures in Section 13. All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination or other similar transaction during such period.

  • Time sale price means the total of the cash price of the goods and services or services, the finance charge, and the amounts, if any, included for insurance premiums and official fees.
