Initial Site Mobilization definition

Initial Site Mobilization means the first instance when any of Contractor or its or its Subcontractors’ or Vendors’ Labor or other representatives is present on the Property Site after Owner has granted to Contractor care, custody and control of the portion of the Property Site that is part of the Job Site.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and

  • Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.
