Initial Subordination and Credit Enhancement definition

Initial Subordination and Credit Enhancement means, in respect of a Class or Classes of Reference Tranches, an amount equal to the percentage of the Cut-off Date Balance of the Reference Pool represented by the aggregate Initial Class Notional Amount of the Class or Classes of Reference Tranches subordinate to the subject Class or Classes of Reference Tranches.

  • Credit Enhancement means, with respect to this Agreement, any credit enhancement or other credit support arrangement in support of the obligations of the Company hereunder or with respect hereto, including any guarantee, collateral arrangement (including any pledge, charge, mortgage or other security interest in collateral or title transfer arrangement), trust or similar arrangement, letter of credit, transfer of margin, reimbursement obligation or any similar arrangement.

  • Intercompany Subordination Agreement means an intercompany subordination agreement, dated as of even date with the Agreement, executed and delivered by Borrower, each of its Subsidiaries, and Agent, the form and substance of which is reasonably satisfactory to Agent.
