In accordance with Section 5.06(b), the Borrower shall indemnify the Banks for any loss or expense including loss of margin incurred with respect to any such prepayments applied against Loans subject to a Euro-Rate Option on any day other than the last day of the applicable Euro-Rate Interest Period.

• Original Class B Principal Balance The Original Class B Principal Balance is $12,493,405.52.
