Initial Underlying Assets definition

Initial Underlying Assets means, in respect of each Series, the initial Underlying Assets as specified in the Applicable Supplement.
Initial Underlying Assets means EUR 114,000,000 in principal amount of Asset- Backed Securitization Bonds issued by AyT Cédulas Cajas IV, Fondo de Titulización de Activos.
Initial Underlying Assets means the EUR 6,094,000 denominated shares in the Morgan Stanley Funds plc Euro Liquidity Fund subscribed for with the proceeds of the issue of the Notes.
