Initiating Stockholders definition

Initiating Stockholders means, collectively, Stockholders who properly initiate a registration request under this Agreement.
Initiating Stockholders shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.
Initiating Stockholders has the meaning given to it in Section 2.1(a).

  • In order for one or more Initiating Stockholders to exercise their right to demand that a Registration Statement be filed, they must so notify the Company in writing indicating the number of shares sought to be registered.

  • The amount of Participation Securities to be sold by the Initiating Stockholders shall be reduced to the extent necessary to provide for such sales of Shares by Participating Offerees.


More Definitions of Initiating Stockholders

Initiating Stockholders means the Investor(s) who cause a Demand Notice to be delivered pursuant to Section 2.1.
Initiating Stockholders means any Stockholders or transferees of Stockholders under Section 2(i) who in the aggregate hold not less than 40% of the then outstanding Registrable Securities.
