Injection Nomination definition

Injection Nomination has the meaning given in Clause 5.1(a);
Injection Nomination has the meaning given in clause 4.2; "Invoice Period" has the meaning given in clause 13.5;
Injection Nomination means, for each Delivery Day, a nomination made by UGI pursuant to Article V for each Contract indicating the amount of gas UGI wishes to place in storage to meet daily balancing requirements using the Assets, regardless of whether said Gas is actually placed into storage using the Assets.

  • In respect of each Injection Nomination, the amount payable by the Customer to the Service Provider shall be calculated by multiplying the Injected Quantity (in kWh) by the Injection Charge Rate (in xxxxx per kWh).
