Insight Investors means, as of any date, Insight Venture Partners V, L.P., Insight Venture Partners (Cayman) V, L.P., Insight Venture Partners V (Employee Co-Investors), L.P., Insight Venture Partners V Coinvestment Fund, L.P., Insight Venture Partners IV, L.P., Insight Venture Partners IV (Fund B), L.P., Insight Venture Partners (Cayman) IV, L.P., Insight Venture Partners IV (Co-Investors), L.P. and their respective Permitted Transferees, in each case only if such Person is then an Investor and holds any Shares.

Insight Investors means Insight Venture Partners VII, L.P., Insight Venture Partners (Cayman) VII”, LP, Insight Venture Partners VII (Co-Investors), L.P., Insight Venture Partners (Delaware) VH, L.P. and Insight Venture Partners Co-Investment Fund IL LP. and “Insight Investor” means any one or more of diem, as the context requires “Intellectual Property” copyrights, trade and service marks, including the Trade Marks, trade names, rights in logos and get-up, inventions, confidential information, trade secrets and know-how, registered designs, design rights, patents, utility models, semi-conductor topographies, all rights of whatsoever nature in computer software and data, all rights of privacy and all intangible rights and privileges of a nature similar or allied to any of the foregoing, in every case in any part of the world and whether or not registered; and including all granted registrations and all applications for registration in respect of any of the same
