Institutional Real Estate Investor definition

Institutional Real Estate Investor means (i) any bank, insurance company, pension fund or other similar non-individual investor, provided that said entity conducts business in the United States, or (ii) a United States based real estate fund that is comprised of investors that are Institutional Real Estate Investors.

  • In connection with the purchase of the Defaulting Lender’s Acquired Interest by a Lender or Lenders or by an Institutional Real Estate Investor, the Defaulting Lender shall promptly execute all documents reasonably requested to surrender and transfer the Defaulting Lender’s Acquired Interest to the purchaser or assignee thereof, including an appropriate Assignment and Assumption Agreement, and the Defaulting Lender shall pay to Administrative Agent an assignment fee in the amount of $25,000.
