Insurance arrangement definition

Insurance arrangement means any "multiple employer welfare arrangement", as defined in Section 3 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, [(ERISA),] as amended from time to time, except for any such arrangement which is fully insured within the meaning of Section 514(b)(6) of said act, as amended from time to time.
