Insurance Prepayment Date definition

Insurance Prepayment Date is defined in Section 8.8.
Insurance Prepayment Date. (in the case of an Insurance Prepayment Offer)) that is not less than 30 days and not more than 60 days after the date of such notice. If such prepayment date shall not be specified in such notice, the Disposal Prepayment Date or Insurance Prepayment Date, as applicable, shall be the 45th day after the date of such notice.
Insurance Prepayment Date means, in respect of an Insurance Event, the date falling one hundred and eighty (180) days after the occurrence of such Insurance Event.

Examples of Insurance Prepayment Date in a sentence

  • Once accepted by a holder of a Note, a prepayment in respect of an Insurance Prepayment Offer (equal to such holder’s Ratable Portion of the relevant Insurance Proceeds) shall be due and payable on the Insurance Prepayment Date.

  • If such prepayment date shall not be specified in such notice, the Disposal Prepayment Date or Insurance Prepayment Date, as applicable, shall be the 45th day after the date of such notice.

  • Such offered prepayment shall be made at 100% of the principal amount of such Notes being so prepaid, together with interest on such principal amount then being prepaid accrued to the Insurance Prepayment Date.

  • Required Prepayment Date as defined in Section 2.15(c).

  • Optional Prepayment Date has the meaning specified in Section 4.b hereof.

  • Reinvestment Prepayment Date with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the earlier of (a) the date occurring twelve months after such Reinvestment Event and (b) the date on which the Borrower shall have determined not to, or shall have otherwise ceased to, acquire or repair assets useful in the Borrower’s business with all or any portion of the relevant Reinvestment Deferred Amount.

  • Applicable Prepayment Premium has the meaning specified therefor in the Fee Letter.

  • Permitted Prepayment Date means the Business Day after the second (2nd) anniversary of the first Payment Date

  • Mandatory Prepayment Date as defined in Section 2.12(e).

  • Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the earlier of (i) the date falling six (6) Months from the relevant Utilisation Date and (ii) the Facility Repayment Date.

  • Loan Payment Date means any date on which any Bond Service Charges are due and payable.

  • Optional Prepayment Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 14.02(a).

  • Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

  • Principal Prepayment Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Loan Group, the sum with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group of (i) Curtailments received during the Prior Period from such Mortgage Loans and (ii) Payoffs received during the Payoff Period from such Mortgage Loans.

  • Partial Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay a portion of the Annual Special Tax obligation for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section H.

  • ECF Prepayment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(b)(i).

  • Proposed Prepayment Date is defined in Section 8.3(c).

  • Maturity Payment Date means the date falling on the fifth Business Day following the Valuation Date, provided, however, that if the Reference Portfolio Return is not determined on such Valuation Date because the date at which the Reference Asset Return of one or more Reference Assets to be determined is postponed, then the Maturity Payment Date will be the fifth Business Day following the latest of such postponed dates at which the Reference Portfolio Return is determined; in each case where the Maturity Payment Date is so postponed, there will be no interest or other compensation made in respect of any such delay.

  • Prepayment Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).

  • Principal Prepayment Period The month preceding the month in which the related Remittance Date occurs.

  • Special Event Prepayment Price means 100% of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest thereon up to but excluding the date of prepayment.

  • Acceptable Prepayment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).

  • Prepayment Premiums Any prepayment fees and penalties to be paid by the Mortgagor on a Mortgage Loan.

  • Principal Prepayment Any payment of principal or other recovery on a Mortgage Loan, including a recovery that takes the form of Liquidation Proceeds or Insurance Proceeds, which is received in advance of its scheduled Due Date and is not accompanied by an amount as to interest representing scheduled interest on such payment due on any date or dates in any month or months subsequent to the month of prepayment.

  • Reinvestment Prepayment Amount with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the Reinvestment Deferred Amount relating thereto less any amount expended prior to the relevant Reinvestment Prepayment Date to acquire or repair assets useful in the Borrower’s business.

  • Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.

  • Optional Prepayment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.

  • Discounted Prepayment Determination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(3).
