In connection with such transfer and assignment, the Company does hereby deliver to the Trustee the Certificate Policy (as defined in the Series Supplement), if any for the benefit of the Holders of the Insured Certificates (as defined in the Series Supplement).
During any period of suspension, the Certificate Insurer's rights hereunder shall vest in the Holders of the Insured Certificates (to the extent such Holders otherwise has such rights hereunder).
