Examples of Related Certificates in a sentence

• On each Distribution Date, to the extent provided in Section 4.06(b) with respect to the Related Certificates, Certificate Deferred Interest will be added to the Lower-Tier Principal Amount of the Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests in the same manner as the interest thereon was reduced pursuant to the preceding sentence.

• As of any date, the principal balance of each Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest shall equal the Certificate Balance of the Related Certificates with respect thereto (without regard to any exchange and conversion of the Exchangeable Certificates for Class EC Certificates), as adjusted for the allocation of Collateral Support Deficits, as provided in Sections 4.04(b) and 4.04(c), of Certificate Deferred Interest as provided in Section 4.06.

• As of any date, the principal balance of each Lower-Tier Regular Interest shall equal the Certificate Balance of the Related Certificates with respect thereto, as adjusted for the allocation of Realized Losses, as provided in Sections 4.04(b) and 4.04(b).

• As of any date, the principal balance of each Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interest (other than the Class LP Uncertificated Interest) shall equal the Certificate Balance of the Related Certificates with respect thereto, as adjusted for the allocation of Collateral Support Deficits, as provided in Sections 4.04(b) and 4.04(c), of Certificate Deferred Interest as provided in Section 4.06.

• The initial Certificate Balance of each Class of the Lower-Tier Regular Interests is equal to the Certificate Balance of the Related Certificates.
