All IDOC personnel who interface with inmates during the Intake process will receive training on responding to requests for Auxiliary Aids and Services.
VDOC will provide access to a Qualified Interpreter or other auxiliary aids and services necessary for the inmate with a hearing disability to understand and complete the Intake process.
