Integrated operator definition

Integrated operator means a person located within this state that manufactures animal feed for other integrated operators if there is a minimum of 5% ownership by all persons involved in each aspect of the operation that supply or share feed and ingredients.
Integrated operator means an operation licensed by the department pursuant to this article to cultivate cannabis, process cannabis products, including proper packaging and labeling, possess, transport, and operate one or more therapeutic cannabis pharmacies that sell medical cannabis.
Integrated operator means a person who contracts with a contract feeder to supply feed and pays that person based on all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits, or amount or quality of product produced.
