Intellectual Property Assets definition

Intellectual Property Assets means all Intellectual Property that is owned by Seller and used in or necessary for the conduct of the Business as currently conducted.

More Definitions of Intellectual Property Assets

Intellectual Property Assets shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(g).
