New Intellectual Property definition

New Intellectual Property means any Intellectual Property that arises out of, or is created in the course of, the performance of the Contract.
New Intellectual Property means all data, discoveries, developments, inventions (whether patentable or not), improvements, methods of use or delivery, processes, know-how, or trade secrets which are generated, conceived, reduced to practice or otherwise made by or on behalf of Recipient as a result of the conduct of the Research Plan or as a result of the use of any Data Set provided to Recipient under this Agreement.
New Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property jointly conceived, created, developed, improved or reduced to practice or writing by the Parties hereto as a result of the Project.

  • UConn Health shall own all New Intellectual Property, unless UConn Health agrees in writing to the contrary.

More Definitions of New Intellectual Property

New Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property created after the Commencement Date and/or the Renewal Date which is wholly or substantially connected with Cambs HIA;
