Examples of Intended Commencement Date in a sentence
The Intended Commencement Date is the date on which it is intended that the Contractor shall start the Works.
Tenant shall, within thirty days after execution of this Lease, deliver to Landlord a certified copy of the resolution of its board of directors authorizing or ratifying the execution of this Lease, and if Tenant fails to do so, Landlord at its sole election may elect to (i) extend the Intended Commencement Date by such number of days that Tenant shall have delayed in so delivering such corporate resolution to Landlord or (ii) terminate this Lease.
Subject to Paragraph 2.4 below, the term of this Lease shall begin, and the Lease Commencement Date shall be deemed to have occurred, on the Intended Commencement Date, as set forth in Article 1 (the "Lease Commencement Date").
If Tenant enters into possession of the Leased Premises prior to the Intended Commencement Date (or permits its contractors to enter the Leased Premises prior to the Intended Commencement Date), unless otherwise agreed in writing by Landlord, the Lease Commencement Date shall be deemed to have occurred on such sooner date, and Tenant shall be obligated to perform all its obligations under this Lease, including the obligation to pay rent, from that sooner date.
The name and identification number of the Contract is provided in the BDS.2.2 The successful Service provider will be expected to commence the performance of the Services by the Intended Commencement Date provided in the BDS.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, both Landlord and Tenant shall use their best efforts to negotiate and execute the Termination Agreement prior to the Intended Commencement Date.
If required by Landlord to do so, Tenant shall install, or have installed, a sign within sixty (60) days of the Intended Commencement Date of the Lease.
Subject to Paragraph 2.4 below, the term of this Lease shall begin, and the Lease Commencement Date shall be deemed to have occurred, on the Intended Commencement Date, as set forth in Article 1 (the “Lease Commencement Date”), and the term of this Lease shall end on the Lease Expiration Date (as set forth in Article 1).
In the event that the Lease Commencement Date does not occur on the Intended Commencement Date, the parties shall memorialize the Lease Commencement Date and the Lease Termination Date in a mutually acceptable letter to be signed by each party.
