Intended Use Plan Project Listing definition

Intended Use Plan Project Listing means a listing of those projects identified by the Department for inclusion on the fundable portion of the Project Priority List pursuant to 310 CMR 45.05(2). (310 CMR 44.03)

Related to Intended Use Plan Project Listing

  • Intended use plan or “IUP” means the program document identifying the intended uses of funds available for loans pursuant to the WPCSRF and the DWSRF.

  • Public works project means the erection, construction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any public structure, building, road, or other public improvement of any kind.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
