Interceptor Line definition

Interceptor Line means a sewer pipe that transmits larger volumes of wastewater from
Interceptor Line. That portion of the City’s wastewater system contemplated herein that connects the Property to the existing twenty four inch (24”) wastewater line located at the southern boundary of the County Road 1100 right-of-way, but which does not include any portion of the lines lying within the Property. Property: Approximately 283.115 acres of undeveloped land described by metes and bounds on Exhibit A, being located within the City’s extraterritorial jurisdiction in Xxxxxx County, in part, and in Bastrop County, in part.

  • WHEREAS, the Santa Ana River Interceptor Line (the “SARI Line”) is a regional sanitary sewer line constructed in the early 1970’s as a joint project between the Orange County Sanitation District (“OCSD”) and the Santa Xxx Watershed Project Authority (“SAWPA”).

  • If Owner does not connect the Land to the System within five years after the West Interceptor Line and the wastewater plant authorized by the Discharge Permit are ready and able to receive and treat wastewater from the Development, then the LUEs committed by the City by this agreement are released, and the City will be under no further obligation to serve the Land and this Agreement shall terminate.

  • The City is pursuing the acquisition of the necessary easements that will allow the construction of the West Interceptor Line and proposed new wastewater treatment plant (TCEQ Permit No. WQ0014488003) expansion that will allow sewage from the Land to be permanently transported through the Offsite Facilities to the West Interceptor Line and ultimately to be treated at City’s proposed new wastewater treatment plant facility, as modified in accordance with the Discharge Permit.

  • Interceptor means a device designed and installed so as to separate and retain deleterious, hazardous, or undesirable matter from normal wastes, while allowing normal sewage or wastes to discharge into the drainage system by gravity.
