Intercompany Subordinated Debt Documents definition

Intercompany Subordinated Debt Documents means the Intercompany Subordinated Note and any other documents, instruments or agreements which evidence the Intercompany Subordinated Debt or pursuant to which the Intercompany Subordinated Debt was issued or is governed, in each case as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Intercompany Subordinated Debt Documents means the Intercompany ---------------------------------------- Subordination Agreement, all documents required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.02(b)(i)(G) and all other agreements, indentures and instruments delivered in connection with the issuance of such Debt.
Intercompany Subordinated Debt Documents means the Intercompany Subordinated Note and any other documents, instruments or agreements which evidence the Intercompany Subordinated Debt or pursuant to which the Intercompany Subordinated Debt was issued or is governed, in each case as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from the time to time, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Intercompany Subordination Agreement means an intercompany subordination agreement, dated as of even date with this Agreement, executed and delivered by each Loan Party and each of its Subsidiaries, and Agent, the form and substance of which is reasonably satisfactory to Agent.

  • Subordinated Intercompany Note means the Intercompany Subordinated Note, dated as of the Agreement Date, by and among Holdings, the Borrower and each Restricted Subsidiary of Holdings from time to time party thereto.

  • Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Note Indenture, the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Security Documents and each other document, instrument or agreement relating to the issuance of the Second Lien Notes, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented, waived and/or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, of this Agreement and of the Intercreditor Agreement.
