Examples of Interconnected Operation in a sentence
In the event of a planned outage of any Party’s electric system that may adversely affect the other Party with respect to its electric system, the Party that is subject to the outage will use efforts consistent with Good Utility Practice, and the Reliability Coordinator(s) requirements to restore the electric system to Interconnected Operation in accordance with its schedule for the work that necessitated the planned outage.
If synchronous operations of the Parties’ electric systems become interrupted, the Parties shall cooperate to remove the cause of the interruption as soon as practicable and restore their electric systems to normal Interconnected Operation.
Each Party shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to restore normal Interconnected Operation under this Agreement upon resolution of the Emergency.4.23 Each Party agrees to immediately notify the other Party, orally and then in writing, of any labor dispute or anticipated labor dispute of which its management has actual knowledge that might reasonably be expected to affect the operations of the other Party with respect to this Agreement.
The Parties shall cooperate to reestablish Interconnected Operation a quickly as possible consistent with Good Utility Practice.
The Parties electric systems shall maintain Interconnected Operation except in cases of interruption of such Interconnected Operation due to mutually agreed upon maintenance or due to causes beyond the control of any Party or as otherwise required by Good Utility Practice or Emergency condition.
