T&D System definition

T&D System means the facilities controlled or operated by Seller, including the Interconnection Facilities, for purposes of providing point-to-point transmission service, network integration service interconnection service and distribution service, including services under NYPP Agreement and the ISO Tariff.
T&D System means the T&D network of a T&D licensee for the transport of electricity from the generating station of a Generator to consumer meters and consists of structures, lines, underground conduit, conductors, transformers, relays, switchgear and associated equipment;
T&D System means Service Provider’s electric transmission and distribution systems and facilities and other assets and systems related thereto.

  • Buyer shall use commercially reasonable efforts with respect to any such additions, modifications, or replacements to avoid any adverse impact on the T&D System.

  • Such information may include metered values for MW, Mvar, voltage, current, amperage, frequency, breaker status indication, or any other information reasonably required by Seller for reliable operation of the T&D System pursuant to Good Utility Practices.

T&D System means the Transmission System and the Distribution System;
